We were in town for a wedding and this property was in the best location. It was quiet, clean and the owner was responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Maybe an unpopular opinion

First the listing online did not match what I was told after booking. Listed as sleeps 11, but I was told only 9 were allowed. There was a 2 night minimum that I was told about at that time ( also not listed at booking), and also a fee for each person over 6 guests. With that said, the property manager was extremely helpful in working everything out with our group and the property was very pleasant for our stay. We were in town for a fishing tournament on Lake Conroe so this property wasn’t my first choice but it worked out.

Hey George, Thank you so much for leaving us a review! I apologize, I believe there may have been some miscommunication along the way and I am so sorry for that. We did mention that the space sleeps 11. With this space, any guests over 6 are then charged a per person fee. I am unsure where you read the two night minimum, our units are all one night minimum stays. Which is how you were able to spend one night. We will go through our ad to make sure there are no discrepancies here! Again I am not sure where communication went left! Going through our messages I am a little confused, but will ensure for our next guest that we are very thorough on all instructions! We are very happy that you enjoyed the space. And we do hope that you do come back for your next fishing tournament! We are only a short drive to lake Conroe, So please keep us in mind! All the best.
