Everything about unit 11 was as described. Excellent location to the beach- just needed to cross the street. Check in was easy as well as the check out. Very near a stop for the free trolley, which was convenient. I suggest downloading the app so you can see where the trolleys are. We will definitely be back.

Nice little place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great size and location for 2 people. Very clean, modern feel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will say having a membership to Cedars is not a helpful amenity as it’s located on longboat key, a 20 min drive away. The beach chairs on the beach run out when it’s crowded but they had folding chairs in the unit. Other than that, everything was as described and worked out well for us.
