Brand new luxury home situated perfectly between the superbowl Footprint Arena, and the Phoenix Open, with an eight man hot tub to boot. 85" main living room flat screen, and second viewing / exercise room has comes with a 65" flat screen. Bedrooms 1 thru 3 all have flat screens, as well as true 5G internet speeds throughout the house. Sports bars and great restaurants are within walking distance. This is all situated in a very private gated upscale small community, (so please be respectful of the nieghbors).Very nice speaker system throughout the home.
