Laketown Wharf Resort is a premier condo complex located in the heart of Panama City Beach, offering guests a blend of comfort and convenience. With its stunning views of the blue ocean, expansive pools, and spacious amenities, this resort is perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking a relaxing beach getaway. The resort features multiple pools, a fitness center, dining options, 810 Entertainment (bowling/arcade), and private beach access, ensuring that every guest has access to everything they need for a memorable vacation.

Things to Note:
- There is a $90 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- The gym is currently closed for repairs until further notice.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.

We always choose stay at Lake town warf resort every year, because of the location and convenience and even the condos are always very nice, but this one was honestly the best! We got Excellent costumer service when we had questions we got immediate responses, and upon our arrival they made sure everything went great and was to our satisfaction (and it was ) I definitely will come back and highly recommend this condo oh and the best part was the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed !!!

Great location for baseball & beach

Unit was clean, furniture comfortable, kitchen stocked with plenty of supplies. Loved having washer/dryer in unit, freezer made plenty of ice to keep up with our needs in 90°+ temps. Close to many PCB attractions and so convenient to get to the beach (just across the street). Excellent views, quiet, loved all the pool options at the resort and eating, shopping, entertainment within on ground level. Elevators left us waiting sometimes and parking garage tight with an extended cab truck but we would definitely stay there again!

The condo was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you would need for your little home beach home away from home. The property has great places to eat and each pool was clean and fun. We also really loved how close the beach was so we were able to go at any time without much thought. 10/10 would recommend.

We've stayed at Laketown Wharf a couple times in the past. This was our favorite unit so far. Great patio with excellent views of the beach. 10th floor unit was perfect for accessing the 10th floor pool. Couches were very comfortable and seemed to be newer. Washer and dryer was perfect for keeping up with laundry. Unit had a starter pack of hand soap, dish soap, and body wash. My only vice was the unit seemed to need a refresh of new comforters and a little extra cleaning.

Beautiful condo

Laketown 1016 is amazing condo the moment we open the door I felt like I was at home. Nice king size bed very comfortable the bunk beds was also nice and comfortable. Nice size bathroom very clean. Love the open kitchen and living space. All furniture and appliances are well maintained. Plenty of patio furniture to view in the balcony to view the beach. It also came with 2 days of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hands soap which was nice even though we came with those things. I would definitely stay there again and I would suggest to my family and friends as well.
