Thanks for visiting and taking such great care of our place. We’d love to see you back again. The leaves will be changing soon, so it’s about to turn even more beautiful in the area. Take care!
Charming historic home centrally located in the Hudson Valley near its most beautiful attractions, including the river itself. The home is thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds, robust internet and other conveniences while preserving its historic character.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in a convenient location near New Paltz and Kingston. The host was very accommodating and responses were timely. Highly recommend!
I stayed here with my family while visiting friends in the area. The house was perfect for us-- the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great comminication with the host.
We plan to stay here every year!

Larry was a great guest - look forward to having him back!
The host was very accommodating and, although the house was old and quaint, it was clean, well equipped, and updated where it mattered. The beds were comfortable. As a heads up, fire station across the street and train can be noisy although it didn’t pose an issue for us.
I had family come into town from different areas and this house was central for a place to stay and have family visits. The location is great, close to so many great things to do in the Hudson Valley! The house feels very safe and is on a nice quiet little street.
The owner is extremely easy to reach if you need to and very accommodating!!
Thanks Dan :)
This is the second time we have stayed at this property in Esopus, NY. It has been perfect in every way. We had 5 adults staying here. Nice sized kitchen and dining areas. Beds are super comfortable.Location in the Hudson Valley is ideal.New AC units work well and we're appreciated during the recent heat wave! Especially when we hosted a small graduation party for 12 people.
Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for socializing indoors and out. Like-new appliances and very comfortable beds. Pleasantly warm when the fall temperatures got down to around freezing. Great location for our outdoor activities in the Hudson valley and Catskills. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Dan was a great host and we hope to visit again.
