Our beautiful home is located in a desirable Port Charlotte neighborhood, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With a private dock and water access to Port Charlotte Harbor in less than 10 minutes, this is the perfect place to experience the best of Florida living.

Our coastal home can sleep up to 10 guests, making it the ideal destination for families, couples, or groups of friends. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your stay, our rental property features 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 master suites, and 3 spacious bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and the outdoor area provides ample space for relaxing and spending time with loved ones.

We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. That's why our rental property is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our private pool or relax in the lounge chairs. To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer complimentary toiletries.

Located minutes from world renowned fishing spots and several golf courses. Its close proximity to historic Punta Gorda and Englewood beaches makes this a great location for all adventures. Spend your days lounging by our pool, soaking up the sun at the nearby beaches, or shopping and dining at our favorite spot, Fisherman’s Village. Port Charlotte and the surrounding areas have so much to offer and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our home is located in Southwest Florida, where the warm climate means the occasional bug or pest might sneak in, even with regular pest control. It’s just part of life in the tropics!

The home was in good condition although we were greeted by a musty odor when we first arrived. The large television in the "Game Room" would have been nice to use, but there were only two wicker chairs. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of good cutlery and plates. The entire home was clean and the beds were very comfortable

We’re sorry to hear about a few of the concerns mentioned and wish we had known during your visit so we could have helped right away. The pool heater runs with the pool pump on a timer and can fluctuate with outdoor temperatures, but we’re always happy to check or adjust it if needed. For the game room TV, there are additional seating options including a high-top table with four chairs in the same room with the wicker chairs (so 6 seats total) and the TV can swivel to face the lanai seating area, which many guests enjoy while relaxing outside. Thanks again for staying with us, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can make sure everything is perfect!

Our family summer vacation was awesome here! Everyone loved the house with all the rooms and the pool was the perfect temperature for day or night swimming! The king size bedroom needs a TV, but that's just my preference. I will highly recommend this home for large family gatherings! A /5

Family wedding week

This was a perfect match for much of my family to stay together while down for my first granddaughters wedding. Such a perfect location for us. We could get to the church and anywhere else we needed to be in minutes! The pool was a lifesaver for the kids thru the week. The sunset down the canal was beautiful. We loved our stay at Ellie's Landing 2! The home was as described with beach themed decorations and a spacious, comfortable layout. The sunsets on the water each evening were beautiful and sunshine filtering through the plants outside the window in the morning immersed us in the beauty of a Florida vacation. The pool was very nice and large enough for grandkids to really enjoy. We appreciated the quiet, clean neighborhood as well! Our memories of our vacation will always include our relaxing time at "Ellie's Landing 2."

As beautiful as the listing showed. Fairly secluded nice neighbor. Next time we need to request a few more large fish out back. Was fun for adults and kids. Would recommend it and come back.

The property was excellent for my family's stay. Although the house was a little outdated, everything was fantastic, except for the one master bedroom bathroom door when the enclosed door came off its roller. Owners were notified right away. Will stay again. Beautiful place! Thank you.

Beautiful property with tons of amenities.. pool was perfect and our group had plenty of room. After a long day of mission work it was great to come back and be able to relax, play games, and cook!! The game table is perfect and provided tons of entertainment. Communication with Emily is easy and she truly cares about your stay. Highly recommend!!

Perfect home away from home!

Zero complaints! Location, home, amenities, pool, dock, and yard we’re all perfect! We actually liked that the lanai wasn’t fixed yet because we could star gaze from the pool/patio with the kiddos. Loved every minute of it so much, we extended our stay! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home with our crew for a week. If we return to Port Charlotte, we will absolutely look this home back up.

Family Gathering

Had a great time for our family gathering. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We did find that the kitchen needs more supplies and some cleaning essentials for guests to use. The pool was refreshing and the location at the end of the canal was very lovely. With the damage from hurricane Ian, we know that some improvements are likely coming to the outdoor pool area and patio, which will add positively to the listing.

Stay was ok. The house is pretty far away from anything local so you drive a lot. But the house itself was decent. The washing machine didn’t work well, pool was cold. We complained and got a slow response.

Beautiful views, Spacious Home!

Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to attend a local wedding anniversary event. The location is nice and quiet and has an amazing view when you walk to the back patio— seriously, other family members stopped by while we were there and EVERYONE asked for the rental details for their own future trips lol.The bedroom situation worked out well for the size of our group (12) but also great to know that this is 1 of 3 sister properties that all could have been rented together! All the extra pots, platters, and condiments etc came in very helpful too. Would just recommend leaving a couple extra t.p. in the home per bathroom when larger groups book for 3 days.4 stars for a few small reasons. We did see a handful of lizards inside throughout the course of our stay (tiny ones to medium sized gheckos)... considering we were right next to the water maybe that's to be expected but they caught us off-guard a few times so just a heads up. Pool was colder than we expected even though preset to 85/86 degrees. During the day in the sun your body adjusted but made it tougher to enjoy in the evening (except for the kids who could be happy 24/7 in any pool lol). Parts of the home are dated but overall very comfortable and spacious... you never felt like you were on top of each other. Overall, would definitely recommend for any larger groups looking for a nice spot in Port Charlotte. Honestly for the location/ views/ price I'd even book again if it was just a trip for two!
