With three kids, this town home really met our needs for three nights to ski Deer Valley. Park City Lodging also made it simple to check in and fix the garage door opener and even changed out towels half way through our stay.

Thanks for staying with us Jill! We are so glad this met all your needs and you had a 5-star stay! We hope to see you again soon. Thanks for staying with us, Park City Lodging, Inc.
We loved the location on Lakeside Circle. It made it super convenient to get to Snow Park Lodge. The interior furnishings were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The layout worked well so our family of 4 could spread out and be very comfortable. We never could get the link needed to open/close the garage to work (despite a couple calls to the property manager), so there was a lot of hassle every time we needed to go out or return. A simple code for the garage pad would have been much easier. And perhaps the cleaning crew could be a bit more thorough, but it was a very good rental and my family enjoyed our stay.

Thank you reviewing your stay at Lakeside 1629. We are so happy that your stay went well and thank you for the note about the GDO. We will check into it right away and see what can be done to remedy it. Come back soon!
Property management company is great. Highly recommend renting through them! The property itself was a little worn - some issues with lock hardware and burnt out lights, etc when we moved in but they didn’t affect how much we loved our stay. One callout is there is not central A/C — it is a freestanding portable unit hooked up via one of the sliding doors in the living room. This means a) it got very hot inside, especially on the first floor with no air b) we couldn’t use one set of sliding doors to the balcony and c) one of our slide doors wasn’t locked or secured.Location is incredible - perfect whether you’re experiencing Deer Valley, downtown Park City, or both! There was unfortunately some unforeseen gas pipeline construction going on so we didn’t spend too much time in the neighborhood but vibes were great and amenities looked wonderful!
Loved the location of this condo. We walked right out to the Deer Valley parking lot shuttle every day to get to the mountain and it was perfect. The management company was very responsive. We had a few issues but they came out within the day to address them. Automatic door locks weren't working right but they fixed within a few hours. The only negative was that the dryer would not dry clothes. They sent out someone the next day to check it out and the dryer was broken. We still washed and hung things so it was fine. I am assuming they will get this fixed and once they do everything will be good.
Lakeside was a perfect location between Deer Valley & Park City! We were celebrating our son’s 18th. The condo accommodated 2 adults & 4 boys. The gas grill worked well and the kitchen was well equipped for entertaining hungry boys. The boys enjoyed the pool and playing board games. Thank you!
The unit is fine and located in a perfect location. I’ve seen a number of properties in this area and this one feels quite a bit smaller and in need of a face lift. The rooms are tight with a master on the lower level next to a second bedroom. The “master bath” is pretty snug as well, but they did manage to squeeze two sinks into it. On the main level is a small bedroom with 2 singles. The upper level is just a couch with a small tv. The unit is fine for a long weekend, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. The furniture is a bit lacking, but again fine for a short stay.
There is a washer/dryer, but for some reason they didn’t supply detergent (which most do). Oddly, when I asked the property manager, they said it was $2 and they could bring it by, which made me wonder why they wouldn’t stock it in the first place.
It could use more comfy furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Nice view from living room-kitchen windows. Heating system a little hard to control due to two bedrooms on lower level but figured it out. Had a great shuttle system to Snowpark.
It was a nice condo. However, we had no hot water the first day, and had to call and wait for maintenance to come and check it out.
It was also very cold inside, because the heater didn’t seem to work either. We just dealt with that, because we didn’t want to have to wait for maintenance a second time

We definitely apologize for the hot water issue and were glad that we were able to re-light the pilot light quickly. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to fix the heat since we were not made aware. . Thanks for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed your girls trip.

Great location, nicely renovated unit
Great unit, beautiful furnishings, and good location. There were a few small details that would have made the stay better. First, we didn't have hot water the first day. We were able to fix it, but it's never any fun having kids stand in the cold shower only to realize it's not going to heat up. And the second thing is small--the pillows were really awful. Like the cheapest ones you can find at Walmart. And the toilet paper was the industrial kind you'd find in a pubic restroom. Not make or break issues for sure, but for $750 a night I expected more.

Great Location
The condo is a bit dated. However, it was great for our visit. 2 couples one child. The open concept common area and kitchen/bar are spacious and great for mixing cocktails and cooking. Because Deer Valley doesn't exactly have a great apres ski at the resort, we enjoyed our own in our condo. The location is fantastic. Maybe 2-3 minutes drive to the drop off and a short drive to Park City.

Great location and common family area. Master bedroom in basement which was very cold.
Condo is in a great location. Deer Valley shuttle picked us up and dropped us back each day which was so easy. Family area was cozy. The master bedroom and second bedroom were on the ground floor and were very cold.
