Large estate with three dwellings in the upscale beachfront community of Shoys! The main house has a very spacious three bedroom, three and a half bathroom upper-level with a two bedroom, two and a half bath lower level apartment. The free-standing cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom with a large kitchen and ample yard space. There is enough space to use each space separately as a corporate retreat or family get together.
