About this property

The Lakeview is a cozy independent apartment with a separate entrance and its very own screened in breezeway. The apartment is bright and airy and decorated with fresh coastal Florida colors. Located on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake, It is tucked back from a main road that will bring you to Nokomis beach in five minutes. A short drive to Siesta Beach, Sarasota, and Venice. Around the corner from Oscar Scherer State Park, and walking distance to the Legacy Trail bike path.
The space
Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail, which is a railroad that has been converted in to a biking and walking trail. Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. This is the perfect location for sight seeing, shopping and enjoying the outstanding beaches.
Other things to note
We allow well behaved dogs up to 40 lb. No cats, due to allergies. The pet fee starts at $30 per stay. Please inquire about extended stays. The central AC will be kept around 76°. There is also an independent split unit in the living area.

Great as always

Love the view of the pond and the sunrise reflections. Everything we needed all in working conditions. Easy in and out and parking. This was our second time and we'll stay again.

Wonderful location and view

So enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for a couple, full kitchen. Wonderful pond view, loved the egrets visits. So close to our beaches. We will be using this property again. Please leave a broom for guests would have preferred to be able to sweep up after ourselves.
