Complete with a private lanai and all the comforts of home, this breezy Maui Banyan condo comes primed for authentic island living. On-site, you'll enjoy access to two swimming pools and two spas with cabanas, tables, lounge chairs, a hot tub, a tennis court, and outdoor grilling facilities. Kamaole Beach Park II, located a few steps away, is one of Maui's best swimming and sunning beaches. Great shopping and various restaurants are also just minutes from your door. Convenient outdoor showers are equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

The condo is furnished for vacation convenience, with everyday essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Brand new Split A/C System has been installed as a major upgrade. Each bedroom has it's own control as well as the main living area. TVs in the living area and bedrooms offer home entertainment. Ceiling fans and mounted air-conditioners keep the space cool and comfortable.

Perfect location. Nice beach across the street. Close to the major resorts to the south. Airport and access to the rest of the island to the north. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The condo was clean and and everything we needed was there including snorkel and beach gear, A little small but location was everything. The beach was right across the road and a great snorkeling beach with a good reek lots of turtles and fish, good restaurants withing walking distance. Thanks

Fantastic! Two minute walk to the beach.

We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and the overall amenities and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean with plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer unit and A/C units. The unit had tons of beach chairs that you could use use as well as beach mats and towels. There are shops and restaurants very close, about a 5 min walk and the area is very quiet and relaxed. We will definitely be back.

The place was in general as posted. The complex is not new but inside the apartment things were all in good conditions and fully functional. A bit of renovation on the balcony will go a long way, especially for the A/C units. Good location in Kihei.

Great value!

Easy beach access, many of the everyday needs are already there. Do not buy anything until you see if someone else has left it - we had a snorkel set, blow dryer, beach toys and chairs, olive oil, and salt and pepper that we purchased unnecessarily. All staff security and maintenance was super friendly and the pools/hot tub was open until 10pm which was awesome. The pull out couch was not very comfy but that was to be expected and when we have a 16 yr old boy who is 250 lbs and stands 6’2” I guess. Beach access directly across the street with most everything we wanted was within walking distance. Overall excellent place to stay, we would definitely stay again!
