Aloha and welcome to Menehune Shores condo 520. Enjoy the ocean breezes in our fifth floor ocean front condominium. Whether you are here for just a few days or for a month you will find everything you need. Smart television, Wi Fi, fully stocked kitchen, lanai to enjoy the rising and setting sun from plus easy access to the rooftop for a great place to watch for the green flash at sunset and enjoy 360 degree views.

Menehune Shores is a lovely small resort with beautifully manicured grounds, a heated swimming pool, a rooftop deck where you can barbecue while enjoying 360 degree views of the island, and, of course, it is located right on the ocean. Walk out of the elevator and you are just steps from the beach. Best of both worlds - you have the luxury of being right on the ocean combined with the convenience of being minutes from dining and shopping.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes a full kitchen as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen through the living room as well as from the master bedroom Experience sunrise and sunset from the lanai of this fifth floor condo with a view out to the ocean. You will find all of the usual conveniences, television, cable, internet. Parking included for one vehicle.

Kihei is a great home base for exploring all that Maui has to offer - and there is a lot to see! From the heights of Haleakala (House of the Sun), the gardens in Kula and the high country, world-class snorkeling, surfing, and windsurfing, beautiful beaches, and more, Maui is truly "no ka oi". Try to find time to visit historic Wailuku and Iao's Needle . Make a day trip to Hana on the famous Hana Highway (57 bridges to Hana town...) to experience Maui's rainforest. Be sure to visit Lahaina and the Kaanapali - then breathe a sigh of relief when you return to the peace of your oceanfront retreat to enjoy relaxing poolside or on one of the many excellent beaches right here in Kihei.

Incredible View, Outstanding Location

The moment we walked into this condo and saw the view we felt instantly relaxed. The view is INCREDIBLE! So is the location as the complex is situated one two nice beaches. One of the beaches has an ancient Hawaiian fish pond that blocks the waves and is perfect for young children and turtles, who we saw there daily. Unit could use a fresh coat of paint but has everything you need for a dream stay. Totally recommend.

Great without the rain

This condo has a great view of the ocean and all the amenities you could need. Captured some great pictures. Our timing wasn't the greatest being it rained most days we were there, however it was nice to have a clean well appointed condo to stay in. One small complaint - the carpet on the lanai didn't drain to dry making sitting outside challenging

Excellent

Property was perfect. It had everything advertised and then some. The view was beautiful and Communication with owner was the best we’ve ever experienced. She made “home away from home” really mean something. Finding something that fits a family of 5 is not the easiest but the set up here was great and everyone at the property was friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay!

We couldn't have asked for more! The condo had everything we needed and more. Beach gear, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, quiet evenings and the view ... stunning! Maryanne was a responsive and kind host. Kihei is a sweet twin with awesome beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was incredible. Marianne and Jeanette’s place is wonderful even after a long day on the beach or exploring Maui. The view is truly something special in the morning and especially in the evening! Not only is the place unreal, the hosts are very personable and kind. This condominium was our father's retirement home. Now his three daughters and granddaughter continue to love this condo. The surfboard on the wall is his granddaughter's first and is very special to her. She is currently working on her post doc in Florida, so not spending much time in Maui. The sisters get to come spend time occasionally. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Kihei is a great location with excellent beaches and parks as well as shopping and restaurants. It is located across the isthmus from Kahului and the airport - close enough for convenience, far enough to be away from it all.

The unit has a comfortable layout with great ocean and beach views. It is surprisingly private for being part of a small resort. There are the small conveniences of in-unit laundry, trash chutes so you don't have to haul trash to the ground floor, a book exchange on the third floor, as well as the big items - the rooftop deck set up for barbecue-side dining while enjoying 360 degree island views and the best sunset in town, lovely pool and grounds, the trade winds, and of course, being RIGHT on the water without crossing the highway.
