Five min to 29th St Mall. Five min walk to trails. All utilities included: water, trash, gas, electricity, internet and yard maintenance. One pet welcome with reference, approval and additional pet deposit. No smoking on property. Complies with City of Boulder Smart Regulations for energy efficiency.
