First off it’s the summit. Over 40 year old condo so not much to say about that, but the room is old and worn really bad. The plumbing is horrible, I didn’t think the toilet was gonna go down. The sink clogged in the bathroom every time we used it brushing our teeth or simply washing hands. The bed was terrible! I believe the mattress was as old as the building. Not joking! There is dark spots all over the place where mold and mildew has grown and it’s looks like a cheap fix to remove it and then just painted over with cheap one layer paint. The tv in the bedroom has multiple spots in it where the pixels are going out. I get it, it’s a 40 year old building but some serious upgrades are needed and I get it you get what you pay for. The view and the pools were great.
