Large 1,000 sqft, 1BR / 1BA suite, full kitchen, full size freezer and refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven and stove, dinning table, living room and a Smart TV for easy access to all of your favorite programing.

This suite is on of five individual suites on the property. The gas BBQ, and outdoor wrought patios table and chairs are for guests.

Beautiful year round weather allows for many outdoor attractions such as mountain biking, road bicycling, jogging paths, indoor skydiving simulation, concerts and musicals performed at the downtown Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater, and many other local activities year round.

Tucson Rental.

The suite was large for two people, but that's good. The bed was very comfortable, but could have used an extra blanket or two. The furniture was comfortable in the TV area, but we don't care for a TV hung so high on the wall, we got a stiff neck after awhile. The house could have been cleaner especially the floor and some area rugs for the TV area would have made it cozier and warmer. The location was good for getting to the parks and other attraction, grocery stores, gas stations etc.

Nice, but sparsely appointed! TV & Water issues! Falsely advertised as 1.5 bathrooms(now correct)

Falsely advertised as 1.5 baths(host says all his properties only 1& said he corrected our ad, but we noticed other properties were still 1.5) Lawn & property appeared “unkept” when we arrived. Said it was the “winter” growth! Had to run hot water LONG TIME to get any! Could not get LIVE TV, only Streaming which we had to sign up for, then still couldn’t get bc another party still signed in!!😩 Foam mattress VERY HARD! NO End or Coffee Tables in LR!(had to use dinette chairs) Plenty of Upholstered seating! Shower VERY small & pan tile slippery(bought our own suction Grab Bar & needs shower mat) Listello tile(wall decor) used inappropriately(sharp edges & hard to keep clean) Host DID bring Bath Mat upon request! No dresser in Bdrm. Unit shows beautiful in ad(and is), but host needs to consider Comfort & Functionality of his Guests! Host very attentive to issues(some fixed, many not) & even offered a Credit for our problems, but haven’t seen that yet!!😩😵‍💫😢
