Beautiful home in the heart of Fort Myers. Perfect for families and couples who want to have a great time in a safe, peaceful and well located gated community with amenities.
Cozy home and with spacious rooms make it the best option for your getaway and long term stay in Southwest Florida.
Very close to the best beaches of this coast, 10 min drive to Fort Myers Beach, 20 min drive to fort Myers Downtown and surrounded by many attractions in the area
Two story house located in a gated community, features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and 1 car vacate with space for another car on driveway.
First floor features kitchen equipped with brand new appliances, kitchen tools, 1 half bathroom, family room with a 80’ smart tv, comfortable couch and dinner table with chairs for 6 people. Also there’s an outdoor lanai with grill and shareable patio.
Stairs takes you to the Second floor which features a master bedroom with a king bed and a smart tv 65’, master bathroom has shower and tub. Two bedrooms with queen beds, laundry with washer and dryer, iron and vacuum. There’s another bathroom with shower in between those bedrooms.
All mattresses are memory foam and the house is equipped with towels and bed sheets.
