The Space:

Discover Charleston charm with a modern touch at Azaleas on Spring – Suite A! This stylish retreat offers a spacious layout and a welcoming front porch. Just 2.5 blocks from King Street it is the perfect for exploring the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife.



Please note: The home consists of three completely separate and private suites—A, B, and C. Each suite has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. The suites are not internally connected.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit upon arrival, we offer free street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• This home is divided into 3 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B + C are located on the second & third floors. They are not connected internally and there are no shared spaces on the property.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of this.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Charming property in the heart of downtown Charleston - it was the perfect location for an adult getaway as it was within easy walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, and shops. The layout was perfect. We particularly appreciated that each bedroom had a comfortable king bed and en suite, providing both comfort and privacy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Loved our stay at Azaleas! Great location. Beautiful and clean home. Very comfortable for six of us on our sisters & nieces weekend. Excellent stay! Very clean! Beautiful home!We loved our stay- and convenient location to every thing! Home had excellent AC and fans in this heat.Only annoying thing was you can hear absolutely everything from the floor above. The people above us felt like they were running a marathon and bowling all at once.

The host was easy to work with and provided great insights to for the unit we reserved. The home was very clean. The only hiccup was a long stand of hair on one of the towels. This can be remedied with hairnet when folding and staging. The home was so comfortable and had the best beds! Only 1 room has a television, which was downer for everyone to rest in the bed and watch some TV. It would be nice to have small TVs in each room. The Bluetooth speaker is a great bonus and sounds so good! Such a comfortable home and having a en suite for each room is wonderful!I recommend this home for as little as 3 to as much as 6 guests to rest comfortably!

What a perfect location for visiting downtown, Sullivan's Island, the Folly Beach area and points to the North. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy walk to downtown if you like to walk. Azalea was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at, and the decor made it so peaceful.Tom and Hannah were so prompt answering questions and so friendly. I would love to stay here again.

Really did enjoy the location just down the road from the top of King Street as well as how nice the place was. One pretty significant issue was the noise from above. Neighbors noise was pretty prevalent anytime somebody was walking across the floor. You cannot be a light sleeper for sure. Solved with some earplugs.

The parking was very easy although it was a compact space (but we knew that going in.) And the location was ideal as King St. was so close. We like to walk anyway. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed. We enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. And I like having the laundry facilities.
