Pelican Walk 110 is located right on the beach, just steps to the pool from the patio! Includes FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service March - October! This 1 bedroom 2 bath ground floor condo is beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated! Included is a very comfortable Murphy bed for extra guests.

Pelican Walk 110 offers everything you could possibly want in a beach vacation! And the best part is the Gulf VIEW from patio that walks out to the west side pool and beach! The bedroom features a king size bed with adjoining master bath suite. The master bath has a custom tile tub/shower combo and guest bath has a custom tile shower. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper, a queen size MURPHY bed and a 55" of seating with amazing Ocean views! The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for four. A washer and dryer are also available in the condo for your use.

Pelican Walk's upscale family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is directly on the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches' facing the Gulf of Mexico! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! Everything we expected

Our condo was great and true to the pictures posted online. Our only issue was a bit of very loud noise disturbance after we had gone to bed; but it was handled by another guest and/or parent. We will be back.

Laid back, well maintained, and a very helpful staff! Condo was well appointed with all the items we needed for our stay. As I am writing this review we are here at PW for our 2nd stay this summer, and we hope to be back for years to come!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed up and down this beach for 50 years as kids and adults. This is our first time staying 2 months for the winter. Pelican Walk is managed and is as well kept as any I have seen. The property is amazingly maintained by the team of Sean, Heather and Josh. The girls in the office are always there to help you with anything you need. Tommy is the manager of this place and wow! You have to have a good leader before you get a good product. Keep it up Tommy. Our unit 110 was really nice. Ground floor right behind the heated pool. Could not ask for a better location. Also we don’t want to forget Mike. He is on the property throughout the night tending to details on grounds, addressing the needs of the guests and keeping us all safe. We are coming back in January and February next year and hopefully God willing many more. Would also like to comment on the residents here in the winter. They have something everyday planned. Pickle Ball 3 days a week shuffle board and Thirsty Thursdays in the Rec room for those who want to attend. They had a nice Super Bowl party also. Really everyone from the residents to the management and workers make us feel like part of the Pelican Walk Family.
