This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking! We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow: • Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property. • Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. • Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Our stay at Beach Haven B4 was wonderful! The property was very clean, which is a big deal to me. It was also well stocked. The kitchen had absolutely everything that you might need, there were extra beach towels, and we even had access to kayaks and paddle boards, which we loved! The linens and bath towels were a nicer quality than what you usually find at a rental. And of course, the sunset views from the balconies were unmatched! Would definitely stay here again!
The back patios were exactly what we were looking for in our Treasure Island vacation! The weather was glorious so we spent most of the time outside. The house is definitely worn on the inside with water stained ceilings, holes in the walls, etc but as a whole, it was a great stay.
Beautiful home, just like the pictures show. Very clean! It was great being right on the beach and just a short walk or drive to restaurants, stores, ice cream, bars or anything else you may want. Perfect for our girls week. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a fabulous place to stay on vacation. It is right on the beach and the view was incredible. Our family had a blast and the location contained everything that we needed. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. We are local to Tampa & we still felt like we were on a vacation. This house is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, and a Publix right down the street. You can’t beat the views, & for the price we paid per night this property was a steal!

We loved every minute of our stay. We were comfortable and loved the view and the connivence of the property . Getting up everyday to that beautiful view was lovely. This location was perfect for two families to share with ease of access to the beach. The kids could walk back-and-forth all day. Beds were very comfortable! We were able to use beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys that were all left in the downstairs storage closet. Can’t beat the view of having the beach in your backyard!
Great host and excellent communication. We discovered some housekeeping issues on day 1 but the owners worked to help remedy the issues promptly and assured us they would follow up with the housekeeper.
Overall, the location is excellent and property is very nice with gorgeous views. Soft and comfortable beds in all rooms, including the bunkers for the kids.
So close to the beach with a great patio to view the sunsets and sunrise. We felt like we at the zoo with all the beautiful birds. We loved the patio. Nice patio furniture. We had our grandson who is 14 months and the main patio did not have access to anywhere but the home so made containing him easier especially with the home being two levels. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms. The home provided kayaks(which we didn't use), 2 bikes (were a little weathered we tried to use and succeeded but might be easier to rent them across the street), a couple off tommy bahama beach chairs and sand toys if needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We only cooked breakfast. I think the only negative is the AC wouldn't keep the upper level cool especially at night. We tried even keep the all doors closed to see if it would cool. We didn't know if the owners were adjusting the temp on their end, but it always seemed to be turned up to 77-78 degrees which was warm! We did open the doors one night to get the ocean breeze which cooled it down. I can't imagine renting this in the summer months with the added temps and humidity.Thank goodness it was April:) Pictures are a good representation of what to expect. Location is great to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants. Owners communicated well and responded quickly. I never rented on VRBO before only on other platforms so was surprised when I had additional docs to sign outside of the platform.
The property served us well - from the beach access, ping pong table, beach bikes, stocked kitchen necessities and 3 full baths.
We did receive permission to increase the AC below 73 as there was a mildew smell. The property managers responded promptly and affirmatively to accommodate our comfort and concern.

Six of us stayed at the condo for a break from February in Ohio. The condo is gorgeous, and the location is perfection. We saw dolphins from the balcony every day! We used the kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and grill that come with the condo. The hosts seriously thought of everything to help us make the most of our stay. Restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance. I can’t recommend this condo enough!! Thank you for helping us create such awesome memories, we will be back.
This was the perfect place! 2 decks overlooking the ocean- we ate outside most meals. There were Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use. The outdoor shower was key. After every beach time we showered our kiddos before tracking in the sand- so easy. We walked to get drinks just down the beach at Caddys and Tiki hut bar. Walked to eat at Sea Dog Brewery. Also drove a quick drive with easy parking at St Johns Pass to eat/shop. I really hope to stay here again! An fyi for families- my mobile 2 year old loved all the beautiful decor (which we quickly hid away), and the flights of stairs since it is a town home, which made it a bit tricky. Being steps away from the beach, not as busy as other touristy beach towns was simply amazing! I appreciated this place was a family run business and not managed by a large FLcondo rental business.
