Quiet home near ECSU and waterfront

IMPORTANT DETACHED-STUDIO DISCLOSURE: Your reservation is for the three-bedroom main house only. A detached studio behind the home is a separate rental and may be occupied. The outdoor area in front of the studio overlaps with the back of the main house and shared driveway circulation, so you may see or hear studio guests outdoors. Studio guests have private use of the large yard behind the studio. No indoor spaces are shared.

Parking: Main-house guests have two designated backyard spaces. The carport is reserved for studio guests. Keep the driveway fully open and do not block the studio entrance, carport or access to either rental.

Yard condition: one rear corner of the gate dips and remains unrepaired. Do not rely on the exterior fenced area as a fully secure enclosure.

The main house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with a Smart TV, a full kitchen and an indoor laundry area.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: queen bed
• Bedroom 2: queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin XL bed with Smart TV and desk
• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee station. This is an older home and some cosmetic wear is visible; the photos reflect its current condition.

A little snafu getting in, but resolved quickly work good communication. A cute older home that is eclectic, right up my alley. 4 of us stayed for the Coast Guard Marathon weekend and there was plenty of hot water for all our showers and room for everyone.

Disappointed

Found the place to be filthy in a number of areas. No Towels & washcloths in the bathroom, found them later unwashed in the washing machine. Cockroaches in the kitchen flatware drawer, I could go on. Really pretty dirty overall.

I was not sent visual evidence from you for what you claimed, but I had no issue with you changing your plans to stay with your local friends if that was a more cost effective opportunity for you. I understand wanting to be refunded due to a change in plans but statements like this are very serious and malicious, retaliation should never be the answer.
