SUMMER IS NOT OVER YET. It is perfect beach weather, the water is still warm, and the beaches are less crowded & FREEEEEEEEEEEEE.

This is not your ordinary Narragansett, Rhode Island property. Come enjoy the sandy shores while experiencing a unique and beautiful property by the beach. Experience the best of both worlds and bring your boat, surfboard, and water toys. Soak in the fun – fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe, or just grab a beverage and float in the river. After the day’s activities come home, barbeque, light a fire while taking in the solar garden lights or, relax in the central AC while enjoying some clam cakes and chowda. There are lobster crackers and pot if you choose to get seafood fresh off the boats. And, before you get home stop at a local brewery or vineyard for a cold one.
