About this property

Welcome to Westwind 403. This direct gulf front one bedroom one bathroom property is great for a couple or small family and sleeps four guests comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with open living area. The main bedroom features a queen bed. There are built in bunk beds for children in the hallway and a single hall bathroom with tub/shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest convenience.

The location is in the heart of Gulf Shores. You can walk to restaurants, souvenir shops, and our local Hang Out. Convenient to attractions as well.

This property has outdoor BBQ /Picnic area and outdoor Gulf front pool.

Guest Registration is $30.00 one vehicle pass only.

Please call for monthly rates available December to the first week in March, only.

***Minimum age of 25 years of age to reserve and must be present during stay.

***No pets.

***Westwind is a non smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in properties or on balconies.

***Parking Pass: $30.00 Only one parking pass allowed. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.
