GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS! MOUNTAIN area! Privacy! SCREENED IN PORCH! HOT TUB! !! WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE! 55in tv with Roku, bedrooms also have Roku TV's .Bath has a jetted tub! Everything is NEW, beds, bedding, furniture, kitchen and baths. the river and the walking biking trail in front of the cabin. CADES COVE is 20 minutes away. Pigeon Forge is 30 minutes and Gatlinburg 40 depending on traffic. There at 13 water falls in the Great Smoky Mountains, lot of hiking or walking. 2 bedroom 1 Bath with shower/jetted tub open living room , kitchen with bar and 4 bar stools and wood burning fireplace. We provide shampoos conditioners soaps makeup pads, q tips, coffee pods, teas. There is also an open deck with table and chairs… Entire Cabin If you need anything. Message me asap!!! private, wooded, quiet Apple Valley Resturant is right in front of our cabins, breakfast lunch and dinner also there is a coffee shop, Dancing Bear Coffee. other places like Mom and Pop shops for burgers, etc pizza .. you can use door dash, etc. NEW! Almost everything is new, blinds, drapes, rods, mattresses, beds, silverware, sectional sofa, tvs. etc You can hike, bike and walk right in front of the Cabin. We are next door to The Dancing Bear Restaurant.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash towels and throw in dryer, they take a long time to dry. The lint filter is in the back of dryer. Please clean it after every load.
Please turn the thermostat back down to 58 in winter and 85 in summer when you leave. Set thermostat where you are comfy while you are staying.
Everything is ready if you need help just text me. No parties no extra guest. No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.

Host was awesome, great communication, the cabin was awesome, clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen enabled us to cook and enjoy family time when needed to relax and watch football. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect location to explore by car, bicycle, or by foot. There are a lot of things to do and great places to eat. 25 min from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the airport in Knoxville. Definitely coming back and will stay here again without a doubt!

Great value, great location

This property was a great value in a great location. Very private and peaceful, many things within walking distance. We really enjoyed the walking/biking path that was at the base of the driveway of the property. Home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Vacation

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on this trip to Townsend. We honeymooned there 50 years ago. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer trip. The cabin was meticulously cleaned and smelled so good when we arrived. Our hostess was only a phone call away. We would like to go ahead and schedule a trip to Townsend again and stay at Gigi’s cabin when we do.

Week in the Smokies

Had a great time at the property. Enjoyed the hot tub which was maintained very well and was very clean. Had a small issue with the refrigerator defrosting but once we figured it out it was easily rectified by using a small bowl to catch the water in the fridge. I did notify Wanda upon checkout so she could correct the problem.

Wonderful Cabin

Loved our stay as well as the host. Hot tub was broken, and they fixed promptly. Although it took a while to heat up, we appreciated their efforts to resolve the problem promptly and they were delightful to work with! The property was very clean and as described. It was lovely and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks.

Cozy cabin overlooking the main road

This cabin was cozy and comfortable. It took the hot tub until the 2nd day of our stay to get hot enough. Otherwise, we have no complaints about the property. I think it's a bit much to ask the guests to wash, dry and put away plates, glasses, etc., to take the garbage out to the garbage bin, and wash and try the bed linens. The cleaning service doesn't have much to do other than clean the floors so why not lower your price just a smidge?

Nice cabin. Good area. We did have an issue on our second night and tried to contact the host by phone and by msg and got no reply to either. We even tried to call the Townsend PD and got no response back from them either, for what it's worth! lol Good thing it wasn't life threatening.
