With the Stilquamish river gushing through its backyard, riverfront Chateau is the perfect home away from home in the North Cascade Mountains .The tall ceilings provide river views from all sides. Whether you are relaxing by the fire on the beach or sitting in the cedar hot tub, relaxing in the sauna the river sounds will help relax you. This is a true PNW oasis.
We also have a karaoke pod with a dancing area to unwind. NOTE: This is on a separate floor with a separate entrance.

Minimum stay is 2 days on weekends. Please DO NOT book for single day on weekends without explicitly asking.

Perfect location

I was surprised how remote this felt, considering we are in neighborhood!! Yet, there we were, under the trees, next to a gorgeous river. Absolutely beautiful. Andrew was absolutely amazing to work with, and I wish I had had the chance to meet him. Immediately responded to any questions we had. The wedding venue was a beautiful 18 minute drive and this was exactly what we were hoping to find. I wish we had more time there. Thank you, Andrew

Perfect weekend

Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at nearby River Valley Oasis. The setting is stunning and the host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Shabby - not chic

This property on paper looked like the perfect place to host my guests from out of town, but fell short on many accords. The house wasn’t ready when we arrived for our scheduled check in time, we were not notified of the delay, and felt the cleaning was not done sufficiently being so behind schedule. There were doors completely broken off the hinges, a large amount of trash and boxes/boards under the carport area, no curtains on the windows yet rods are there for them. Not nearly enough toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies for a home to accommodate 12 guests for three nights. (After letting the owners know, they did say you can message them for more upon request.) It is a bare-bones kitchen so come prepared. The fridge also never got under 50° which is a concern. Outside of the property garbage was overflowing and a dishwasher sitting on its side. It is very clear that this property was not well-maintained and or the owner does not live nearby because it is very shabby, not the chic spot I was hoping to add the wow factor to a very special weekend. Overall for the expectations of price per evening, this house felt very short. I’m not one to “complain” but this experience was worth sharing since we were also on a schedule. I was getting married at a nearby venue and hope that no other bride runs into this disappointment when expecting a magical spot for their wedding party. Overall for the price, photos, and expectations presented this house very much fell short.

Beautiful setting alongside the River!

This home has everything you need for a memorable stay! Beautiful setting with all the comforts you might need. The outdoor setup is fabulous with fire pit right by the water. Will definitely stay longer then the 4 days for our next visit to Washington!
