Home on Quiet Street with a Private Pool and Hot Tub

Master Bedroom with king size bed - 40' TV, master bath with separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom 2 queen size bed - 40' TV. Bedroom 3 Twin over full bed and futon. Bedroom 1 & 2 also have a remote controlled ceiling fan. Large 55' LED TV in living room. WI-FI available at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Large private pool with a hot tub. The pool is open year round. Pool is NOT Heated, however the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The hot tub can be heated at the touch of a button within an hour at no additional cost. The property is located close to a city park that has baseball fields, volleyball court, tennis courts, skate park, picnic pavilions and a playground.

House is located 10 minutes from the Tuacahn Theater, 10 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 40 minutes from Zions National Park, 1.5 hours to Las Vegas, 3 hours to Bryce Canyon, 3 hours to the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

**This home is a non-smoking and no pets property**

This property requires a 3 night minimum stay, except during the Huntsman Senior Games for all bookings. Stays during the Huntsman Senior Games require a 2 week minimum stay.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was fabulous (and you even have the option to heat it). The house really was a home away from home. They have it stocked with everything you may need. My kids also enjoyed ping pong in the garage. The host was very quick to answer any questions as well. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This property is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. It gave us easy access to local state parks and hiking areas and is just a short 50 minute drive to Zion national park. The home itself is very clean and nicely appointed. We loved coming home and relaxing around the pool. Janice answered our questions promptly. We will certainly stay again when in St. George.

We absolutely LOVE our time at this property - we've been spending time here (multiple visits) since 2013 and hope to continue well into the future. The pool is excellent, the bed is super comfy, nice quiet neighborhood; not to far from grocery store and other amenities. The TV in the living room is huge and feels like you're in a theatre, the couches recline so you can relax and enjoy a movie after a hard day in the poolAbout an hour to Zion; Snow Canyon is basically in the backyard and if you golf - look no further! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive too, what more can you ask for.
