Thanks for renting our cabin, we are glad you enjoyed it and hope to see you again.
The property may look small, but there is everything you might need inside. Very well laid out and comfortable. Nice view of the lake, and within walking distance of restaurants and groceries.
The cottage was as described, clean and easy to access. We enjoyed having the beach right in the backyard along with some of the extras like the cornhole boards and paddle boat. Definitely would recommend!
They truly have thought out all the details. The convenience store down the road has wood, ice cream and more. The Sand Lake Bar GREAT pizza. We stayed and enjoyed the water, kayaks, row boat and peacefullness of the area. Absolutely recommend!
This is a nice quiet cabin on the lake that is relaxing. The lake is quiet not a lot going. There is a restraint and a store just down the road. A nice short drive to Tawas City. They have a nice pet friendly beach on the bay side of Lake Huron.

Thanks for staying at our cabin, we hope to see you again.
Had a fantastic time staying at the cabin. The cabin was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Only a short walk to the local bar and party store. Use of kayaks, paddle boat and row boat made for lots of fun on the water. Nice deck with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

We are glad you enjoyed our cabin and property, we hope to see you again.
Super nice home steps away from the beautiful Sand Lake. My family of four had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed local golf courses, tubing down the Au Sable, 20 minute day trips to Tawas and of course the Tawas Point Lighthouse. The short walk to the party store and local Bar/Restaurant was a great plus (with fantastic food). Spent many lovely nights on the spacious deck with all amenities for outdoor fun provided by Michelle and Mike; they have thought of it all!

Thanks for visiting, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. It is a great area, hope to see you again.
For x-mas every year I book a verbo house for summer for my grandkids as their present. We stay somewhere different every year but I will have to say hands down this one has been the best.. kayaks and paddle boat where a huge hit and just for those kids to be able to swim all day they were in heaven. The cabinet itself is very cute and cozy. I am going to try to book again next year ! I personally love the floors in this little cabin,We had so much fun and we also walked down to get ice cream. Check this place out well worth it.

SMALL SLICE OF HEAVEN
Absolutely loved this place!! The only downfall was that we were unaware they put ac in the week before we came, so the fans in our car took a lot of room. Water was clean, neighbors were friendly. They had books and board games too. They had more to offer than expected. I ever back.

Thanks for the review, I am glad you liked it. We would love to have you back again!
The weekend was great. The boat ramp was a sourace of entertaiment as everyone was taking out there rafts. Very quiet and great weather.
The lock on door was frustrating but got over it. Understand the ease of it. The guys loved the kayaks and used them everyday.
Great little cabin on what it looks like all sand bottom lake (“Sand Lake”). We had a wonderful family time filled with kayaking, fishing, bonfires and beautiful sunsets🌅. The lake is shallow for quite some distance perfect for families with kids. 4 kayaks and a canoe to use and share with cabin next door. The other cabin is quite close but that didn’t impact our stay. Cabin had all necessities, bring your own towels and hygiene products. We had a great relaxing weekend!🎉

Hi, sorry I missed your review earlier. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again.
Cute cabin right on the lake. Peaceful first thing in the morning and late evening/night.
The lake was busy so there was a lot of aquatic vehicle noise; if you’re looking for a quiet lake it might be best to go during the week.
The cabin sleeps 10 (if you use the pullout couch in the living room). If you’re going to use the pullout I’d recommend having children sleep on it or someone who likes a firm “mattress”. I’m walking distance to a restaurant and a party store (also sells ice cream by the scoop).
I would recommend this property
