Guests have full and exclusive use of the home, including all indoor spaces, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, and any outdoor amenities. Check-in and check-out are smooth and hassle-free, ensuring a comfortable experience from start to finish.

This comfortable and well-appointed home is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open living area provides a relaxing place to gather, complete with a cozy seating area and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and dining space for enjoying meals together. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with soft linens and plenty of storage, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and in-home laundry for added convenience. This home offers quick access to both Loop 101 and AZ-51, making it easy to reach Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and the airport. A car is recommended for exploring the area, with plenty of parking available on-site. Private swimming pool is heated at no additional charge to the guests between the months of November and April. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 85 degrees, pool temperature might be lower to 85 degrees.

There is weekly pool service at the home, unfortunately, we do not have daily pool service. Pool net and skimmers are provided at the pool if debris fall in between pool service.

Landscaper, pest control and pool service will service the home and will knock at the front door prior to access the backyard.
