Thoughtfully furnished with your relaxation in mind, the home offers an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind indoors and out.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a swimming pool that's heated from October through April at no extra charge. The heater is set to 85°F, though please note the water may be cooler if outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F.

Well-behaved pets are welcome to stay at no additional cost, so feel free to bring your furry companions along for the fun!

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Swimming pool is heated from the months of November to April at no additional charge to the guests. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperatures drop below 40 degrees, pool temperature might drop below 85 degrees.

Pool technician, landscapers will service the home weekly and will knock at the front door before accessing the backyard.
