PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months (November-March), the City of Carpinteria erects a sand berm to protect all of the beachfront properties from winter swells and storms. The sand berm is celebrated by kids throughout Carpinteria as they love to slide and run down the banks. However, the berm does partially block the ocean view from the first floor of the home.



This three-level home offers ocean views from nearly every room. The lower level includes a large open space Kitchen and Living Room that leads out to a beachfront deck on the sand with an outdoor dining table, and BBQ. The mid-level includes three Guest Rooms, one of which features two bunk beds to fit up to five children. The upper level is just for the Primary Suite complete with a wet bar, coffee makers, refrigerator, and private patio perfect for whale watching. Fire up the grill and watch the kids play in the water from the comfort of your private palapa on the sand.



This beautiful beach front home is located in downtown Carpinteria. A five minute walk that can be taken on the sand or on the sidewalk will give you access to all of the restaurants, shops, and local breweries that Carpinteria has to offer. At low-tide, you can walk for miles on the beautiful sand beach in either direction. The world class Rincon surf break is a 5 minute drive away, and there are surfable waves in our area nearly year round. Carpinteria is tucked between the ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains which boast terrific hiking and mountain biking trails.



Our little town is only a 15 minute drive from Downtown Santa Barbara`s Funk zone for those interested in wine tasting.
