Beautifully Decorated Condo Steps to Beach



Beautiful two bedroom condo on the first floor in the Solimar Sands complex across the street from the Salt Marsh and Estuary. Steps to the beach with ocean and mountain views, 2 heated pools, one is shallow for your little ones, hot tub, 4 boogie boards, 8 foot Wavestorm soft top surfboard, wetsuits of varied sizes, 4 beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

Completely remodeled in 2021. Downstairs unit with access to beach from the patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is an electric grill on the patio for barbecuing. There is high speed internet, Samsung 55 inch 4K UHD 120 Hc television with high end Samsung sound bar and electric fireplace with heat, a laundry room and a gated parking garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing including olive oil, spices, coffee maker, coffee and filters.

There are two queen beds and two roll away beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The condo is located at 4700 Sandyland Road, Unit 3
in the Solimar Sands complex at the corner of Sandyland Rd. and Ash St.

Beautiful beach known as "the world's safest beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to quaint town with great family restaurants, shops, antique stores, two breweries, two wine bars and the rooftop cocktail lounge at the new Linden Plaza. Safe town to let kids be kids! Walk over to the train station and hop on a train to Santa Barbara or Ventura for a fun day trip. Come relax and enjoy this wonderful little beach town!

We're so glad we chose Carpinteria instead of Santa Barbara! Loved the lowkey town and the very short walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything we needed for a few days away.

Excellent location on a quiet street and about as close to the beach as you can get! Linda is great at communicating. All the linens are so soft and the beds are comfy. I would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and just absolutely loved the condo. The condo was so clean and welcoming. It's bright and cheery, with just the right amount of decor. The Welcome Basket was a surprise and we enjoyed all the goodies in it! The location is incredible, just a few short steps to the beach. Our favorite part of this condo was the patio. It's private, a great size, and the perfect place to hang out when you're not at the beach. We sat out there for our meals. Our host, Linda, is wonderful. She communicated with us throughout the week to make sure we were comfortable. We even tried to coax her into letting us book an additional night because we wanted to stay longer, but the condo was already booked! We will return here in the fall for another week for sure!

We greatly enjoyed our spring break in Carpinteria. Great location next to the beach that was perfect for three of us. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach, walks to the seal sanctuary, Anacapa island shoreline cruise, ice cream and tacos in Carp, sightseeing and lunch on the wharf in Santa Barbara. Pool and hot tub were not available during our stay and some work was being done on the building, but the owner clearly communicated that in advance and it did not cause us any issues during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very clean. Check in and check out were very easy and the owner communicated these items very clearly. Highly recommended if you want a quiet beach getaway!

This property was perfect for our family. The property had two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a lovely patio for afternoon sunshine and happy hour drinks, and was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach and walking trails along a salt marsh nature park. Linda, our host was great about responding to any needs we had. The property was easy to access and find. Street parking was easy and convenient. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.
