There are heated pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, swim up bars, lounge chairs and beautiful beach palapas providing beachside and poolside food and beverage service. There are restaurants, a spa, an exercise facility, a connivence store and golf course on site. The condo is close to many nearby restaurants, shopping, bars and extra activities for you to enjoy.

Exceeded our expectations

Between the view from the rap-around patio to the luxurious finishes in the master bath’s connected to each bedroom we, were blown away by just how nice the condo was. Lots of room for our families to spread out. Our friends came with their 7 month old baby who we never heard cry. Our children slept in their respective beds and not in ours. Which is something they don’t do at home. The many pools in the various different phases of the resort allowed for a good amount of variety. The proximity to the beach was truly icing on the cake. We are already making plans to come back with no kids and another couple.

Hello. We are from Wisconsin and love enjoying the beautiful outdoors and seasons, however we do enjoy our condo during the cold months soaking up the sunshine and views. In Wisconsin we enjoy our lake home boating and kayaking and being outside.
We love meeting people, golfing, yoga in the park, nature hikes, meeting new people and seeing the local entertainment. Rocky Point is our second home and we enjoy all it has to offer from friendly locals, shopping, music, walking along the beautiful beaches, the pools, hot tubs, restaurants and golf. We love Las Palomas and all it has to offer. . We look forward to sharing our condo for your next beach vacation and want you to enjoy the beauty surrounding this area.

Why they chose this property

We love this area of Mexico as the locals are so kind and friendly. The resort is very clean, spacious and has so many things to do. You can relax from our beautiful condo listening and watching the ocean or go out and explore. At Las Palomas, there are two phases with a third phase currently under way. Each phase has a giant outdoor area with heated pools, lazy rivers, swim up bars with food and beverage service, beach chairs at the pools and the beach with service to you. There are outdoor commons areas with immaculately clean stainless steel grills to cook your own meals. Las Palomas has two restaurants, (a third one on the beach under construction) a connivence store, workout facility and golf course. Las Palomas is situated on Sandy Beach where you can shop local vendors for food, gifts , banana boat rides and jet ski rentals.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is really special as it is right on the beach. We have had numerous family and friends come to visit us and can’t believe how spacious and nice it is there. There is something so relaxing about hearing the ocean sounds from every room in the condo.
