Peaceful Retreat

We were very pleased with the condo and location to the beach. Every thing was very clean and comfortable. Loved having a washer/dryer. Only needed blinds on the sliding glass doors. Would make for better privacy. We would be more than glad to stay here again.

worst place I have ever booked with NBR

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay at this property was not satisfactory. The unclean pillows 9THEY SMELLED LIKE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING) and stained dishes were a cause for concern( DISHES IN THE CABINET), as well as the old and deteriorating main door, it had a hole under the door handle( MAN MADE HOLE) not completely filled at bottom as well.. The noise from the tenant above, particularly the dog running and banging against walls, made it difficult to enjoy any peace or quiet. Although the location was great, this property is not recommended, especially for solo female travelers(feeling of safety compromised by hole). Additionally, the lack of follow-up from the office regarding the reported issues was disappointing, to the lady I reported my concerns to on the phone several times, you could have done way better with follow up.soo disappointed.
