The host was great, the condo was well stocked, and the furniture was comfortable. However, it definitely needs some maintenance, base boards were in disrepair throughout, soft spots on the floor, etc. Additonally, you are not supposed to turn the ac down below 70, which isn’t great. Overall, this condo was okay but if these things were addressed, it could be great.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our communication, the amenities, and the comfort of the furniture. We take great pride in making our guests feel at home! Regarding the upkeep, you did catch us at the very end of our rental season, right after we had actually repaired and painted both the entryway and guest bath. The entry baseboards likely took some fresh scuffs from recent guest traffic, which is exactly why we keep a sign on the door asking guests not to use heavy luggage carts inside. The master bathroom is next on our maintenance schedule, and we know about only one soft spot on the floor that transitions from the kitchen into the living area - the prior owner installed over the LVT over the existing tile. Regarding the A/C, the sign by the thermostat is a recommendation to prevent the system from freezing up, but we want our guests to be perfectly comfortable and will clarify that signage - the thermostat itself does not have a 70F limit.

The host was phenomenal. We unfortunately had a major water leak in the laundry room on the first night but that was due to no fault of the owner or host. Apparently had been a known issue and happened once before-other than that- we had an awesome stay!!!

Parking was great having a designated spot. Security at the place was on top of things. Tony was very communicative the entire time leading up to and during our stay. The condo itself was perfect, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. My teenagers enjoyed it.

This was one of the best places we have ever been everything was perfect and the owners are super helpful and quick to respond and are just all around awesome people.the room was perfect for our family of 8 we had plenty of room and the spot on the beach is perfect.the pools the beach easy parking in the parking garage. We take a lot of vacations a year and normally we also have a issue with the room or something this time it was perfect from the location the owners and the beach I would give it more then a 10/10 it’s perfect and we will be back the stay here every time we come to Panama City.

We had a great stay, property was accurately described and showcased. The host was easy to work with and communicated throughout our stay with questions/ responses. The view off our patio was beautiful. Just an elevator ride away from the beach and best part there is an elevator located just a couple feet from our door that wasn’t a main elevator so it wasn’t busy at all. The pools were nice, clean and blue. The parking spot offered with this condo is definitely one of the best locations.

We were thrilled with our stay at this condo and Majestic Beach Resort. We used the balcony a lot to take in the beautiful view of the beach and emerald green water. The condo was comfortable and clean. The owners were easily accessible, understanding and patient with all my questions. All the beds in the condo were comfortable and my granddaughters really loved the bunkbed room. They also loved access to the five pools at the resort.We had a bit of a noise issue when the spring motorcyle rally was in town but that is understandable. Beautiful location

Can’t beat the location. This condo is right on the ocean. We saw dolphins right from our balcony. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. The beach is easily accessible. My family and I had a great vacation here!

A great place to vacation!

This condo was perfect for the 6 of us! It is centrally located and right off the beautiful beach! Tons of families with kids around, awesome amenities at the condo facility, close to great restaurants, and the owner was awesome and communicative. This was a great deal and we would definitely book with these folks again!

This condo is ideal! Great layout and well-furnished. It really is in the perfect spot: from access to elevator, trash chute, and reserved parking to the amazing view. You will not be disappointed! We had an amazing week!

Spring Break 24/PCB

Overall the room was great. It was very clean, well kept, and well stocked. The property location is ideal. You can walk to a few restaurants. All of the onsite staff were very nice and helpful. The owner was very responsive to our questions. I would go back.
