A Quiet & Relaxing Waterfront Getaway in Payson, AZ

This unique, cozy, riverfront 4-plex is nuzzled away in the Beaver Valley community about 7 miles from downtown Payson. The East Verde River provides a great view and soundtrack as you relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful landscape and the Mogollon Rim! Perfect for a romantic getaway or quality time with family and friends. The outdoor living spaces include a fire pit, grills and plenty of sitting areas that are nearly always shaded and cooled by the river's breeze. Spend your afternoons relaxing, BBQ, hiking, fishing, swimming or antique shopping in Payson. The short drive from Phoenix is the perfect spot to get away from everything and expose yourself to Northern Arizona's beauty. You won't miss any of the amenities with TV and High-Speed Internet. Max of 4 guests only. We do allow dogs (2 max) in some units-must get PRIOR approval and a $75 pet fee. No Trailers or RVs. Cameras are on the exterior of the property.

Beautiful setting northeast of the Scottsdale area in Beaver Valley. We were met by Ron and his dad, who is also Ron, upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. This hidden Gem is a must stay. There are Elk and sometimes a cow or more that sometimes bed down in the wooded area on one side of the property. Great communication from both Rachel and Nicky. Pictures can't do this place justice, book this unit and you will not be disappointed!
