Perfectly situated just one block from the beach and steps away from the Westside pool in Seaside, ‘Honahlea’, the guest house of ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’, is ready to host your next Seaside beach vacation.

Arrive and make your way to the cottage by meandering down a tranquil sandy footpath and be warmly greeted by a white picket fence and an inviting open air front porch, featuring outdoor fans and comfortable chaise lounge seating that overlooks the private front yard. What a fantastic spot to kick back and relax for morning coffee or after a day at the beach!

This beach bungalow provides its guests with a master bedroom, featuring a king size bed and jacuzzi tub. Also on the first floor, guests can enjoy a living/dining area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Off the living area is a bonus loft space (best for children) with ship's ladder and features a futon sleeping twins for two more! Honahlea is the perfect family beach escape within walking steps to all things Seaside.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little cottage in a perfect location to the pool and beach. The lofted beds were a little too high for our young kids, you’d probably want your kids to be at least 6 to sleep up there safely. The property met all our needs although we did have a scare when my foot broke right through a rotted floorboard on the deck and narrowly missed an injury. Overall the Management company was great and we loved our stay!

Family Spring Break

Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Seaside for a long weekend of wedding festivities. The location provided us the opportunity to walk to each (5) venue with ease. The mornings were enjoyed in the circle with coffee, smoothies and watching play on the lawn.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honahlea is a cute cottage with a lovely front porch and a great location. The furniture (loveseat and chair) is rather uncomfortable, and the bed is hard as a rock. The bathroom could use some updates, and the bathrom fan only worked intermittently, so it was always damp in there. I would not rent this particular cottage again. The management was very helpful and responsive, and deserves 5 stars.
