Welcome to our cozy home in the peaceful Spokane Valley! Our home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere. The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathroom and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. You will love the outdoor deck with a beautiful view of the valley. Our location is close to parks, and shopping centers, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet ambiance. Come and experience the beauty of Spokane!

Guests have access to the entire home and front and back yard. Ample parking in the garage, large driveway, or along the street.

Very quiet, great for walks and relaxing.

House is huge with lots of room. We came with grandkids and nieces to go to Silverwood and RiverFront Park! Wonderful host! Highly highly recommend!

Great location for family gathering

Great house. It accommodated my huge family and extended family. Well equip with enough comfortable beds. It could use a few more dishes and utensils to cook with. Good location, close to restaurants. I would stay here again.

Comfy house in quiet neighborhood

This house met our needs! We were a group of ladies in town for the weekend who enjoyed the comfy beds and open spaces. Nicely updated, the house also had a nicely equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee bar. Owner was proactive and communicative. Would stay again!

Very nice place

The house had plenty of room. We loved the 3 king beds and room with twins. Perfect for multi-generational family gathering. Liked the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood. Close to stores, freeway and restaurants. We would stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The best communication, very clean house

Travelled for my daughter’s graduation, every step of the way was very smooth. Our host accommodated and answered any questions that I had in real time. On the day of check-out, we woke up to a flat tire, I reached to our host and explained my predicament, our check out time was extended and were able to get another vehicle while the other was towed away. Very good host, good property and to top it very effective communicator. Thank you Jeff!

Overall, very pleased

The home is modestly furnished though the furnishings are in good order. For example: the beds were very comfortable as were both couches. It was very nice to have access to two big screen TV’s. We made use of both TV areas, often simultaneously. The house is spacious. The communication with host, Jeff, was excellent. The kitchen cookware and tableware could be improved. For a family that likes to cook it was a bit of a challenge. A family member who lives in the vicinity brought over several items from their kitchen so we could cook and eat together.
