PARKING: This is a shared driveway. Designated parking. Please park on the LEFT side. Street parking permitted. Fully fenced in yard.

By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen drawer next to the dishwasher.

House Rules:
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping. Smoking fine $500.
No illegal activity.
No pets permitted.
No parties.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Please respect the neighbors.

Exterior Cameras: We have actively recording camera overlooking the front and back entrance porches and front doorbell camera which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Tampering of cameras and WiFi router will be ground for cancellation without refund.

Registered guests only are allowed in the property.

Wonderful stay

The property was a perfect size for our small group. We were in town for an event at the CHI Health Center and the house was within 5 minutes of our destination. Easy to get back and forth and was on a very quiet street. The kids really loved the ping pong table in the basement. Would highly recommend this property for any future stays and we hope to come back in the near future.

Cute Red Brick

There isn’t an amenity you’ll need, this home doesn’t include. It’s very comfortable, quaint and for us was close to all the ball fields our grandson was playing at. It was also a quick Uber ride to the men’s college World Series. If you like old architecture with a new look, this place is for you!

Close to everything but away from the hustle of downtown

We were visiting my daughter who attends Creighton and the location was ideal. There is a driveway for parking so finding street parking isn't an issue, although street parking was also always available. The unit is sunny and happy. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep but well lit. It might be a consideration for anyone with issues with stairs. My family also enjoyed the history of the unit, and there is a framed newspaper article on the wall with the story. Walking the neighborhood added more of the history, and we loved looking at the architecture.
