Hobby chefs will love utilizing the stainless steel appliances, the plethora of cupboard room, and the breakfast bar. Get a comfortable night's sleep from the day's adventures by resting on the bed in the main bedroom or the sofa bed in the living room. Each room has its own comfort controls via mini splits. THINGS TO KNOW
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
