This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is part of a duplex property. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in Millcreek, and only about 15 mins to the airport, 15 mins to downtown, 30 mins to major ski resorts, and is conveniently near many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

This is a three-level home that can accommodate up to 13 guests. All bedrooms are located on the first and third floors of the home. The main floor when you enter the home is where the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry room, and half bathroom are located. The home is also equipped with high-speed fiber internet!

First Floor (upstairs)

Cute house and neighborhood

This duplex property has a nice shared yard and the neighborhood feels very safe and everyone is friendly. The house is decorated quaint with comfortable beds and pillows. We had everything we needed for a nice stay for sporting events nearby. The owners were quick to communicate. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

My family and I were in town for a reunion and had planned to stay somewhere else but due to unfortunate circumstances that plan fell through. We were able to book this place VERY last minute and were surprised how quick and efficient the host was. The house itself was wonderful and a blessing as we were able to unwind after a long day of family we haven't met and were blessed with a gracious host that was able to accommodate anything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future.

Met our needs, not expectations

We needed a place for 8 people to sleep for a few days during a family event. No problems there, but two issues I would point out of concern.ANTS. While the kitchen (and the townhouse generally) appeared to be clean, there were a ton of ants in the kitchen. Notified the property manager who said they'd never had problems like this before. I suspect they were coming in through the 1/4 in gap surrounding the entire back door frame. I bought 10 worth of ant traps which filled up quickly, but kept the problem in check during our stay.SPACE/AMENITIES - property manager indicates a capacity of 13, and it's true that with air mattresses you could sleep that many people there. However, if you do use an air mattress in any of the bedrooms, it will only fit between the foot of the bed and the closet doors with no room to walk around the air mattress. The den has couch seating for maybe 6 people. The kitchen table probably seats 6 as well. But with only 8 people, it felt uncomfortably snug, and we hardly spent any time at the property other than sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates/dishes for a dozen people to eat, but if you're thinking of preparing a meal for that many people, the pots/pans and cooking equipment is lacking.Ant problems aside, I would not recommend planning to do anything more than sleep at this townhome if you have more than just 5 or 6 people.
