Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available, and additional street parking for larger vehicles is available. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side and open parking areas are monitored by video surveillance.

Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 to 12 month leases available. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will have a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) imposed.
