Nice, but not clean

Place is newer, cozy, but upon arrival only half cleaned from previous guests. We also had some ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. It was great to have washer/dryer in unit, however the washer did not clean very well. Difficult to find, not off street google maps told us to turn on- it was into a business parking lot.

Host completely inaccessible- I'm done with VRBO

The host did not respond to two text messages about extended my stay by one day. The host did not respond to my message about the door lock on "low battery". The hosts two phone numbers both went unanswered and I got "mailbox full" messages when trying to leave a message. I will never use VRBO again!

Moab in April before the crowds of summer

Security was a major concern!!! 1. Door code has not been changed.. we were give the same code as past guests had access to. 2. There is no inside security locking devices on any of the exterior doors. Anyone with a key or the code could have entered uninvited at any time day or night. We ended up moving furniture to block the doors at night.

Served it's purpose.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Unit was clean. Could use a few things for longer stay or to increase return visits. We didn't have enough big towels for our 5 person party. We had one of our own so it was okay, but it would have been nice to have extra regular towels. Kitchen dish towels and dish rags would be nice to help keep things clean. Also a broom. It's Moab, sand and mud are a thing. There needs to be a broom. Otherwise it served the purpose for our short weekend away. I didn't decrease my rating for missing items. Just things I noticed would help.
