Step onto the open lanai and the Gulf of Mexico is directly in front of you. This is a Bradenton Beach vacation rental where the view isn't incidental — it's the whole point. The lanai is where mornings start and evenings end, with the Gulf light changing throughout the day.

The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops and upscale appliances — a meaningful upgrade for guests who actually cook during a week-long stay. The layout is open and well-configured, with the living area flowing naturally from the kitchen so the space feels larger than the bedroom count suggests. High-speed WiFi and a flat-screen TV in the living room cover the evenings when the lanai isn't calling.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and the living room. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twins — right for families with younger kids or two guests who don't need to share. The living room sofa bed handles two more comfortably. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.

A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means packing for the week doesn't require overpacking. The heated pool is available for all building guests. Covered parking is included with the unit.

The beach is steps away. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car once you've parked.

Work from the beach trip

Excellent property and would stay here again. We spent 18 days with two people working remotely during the week. WiFi was reliable (although too weak in the guest bedroom for video calls). The condo has been nicely updated and had nearly everything we could have possibly needed for cookware and utensils. This is a great location to watch the sunset from the balcony. The condo is located at a heavily trafficked intersection by the bridge so expect some road noise on the balcony (it wasn’t noticeable inside the condo). Conveniently located to Bridge St restaurants and bars and is easily walkable. Location was unbeatable for the convenience.

The important items: super Comfortable bed, shower pressure good in master bed shower (not so much in main bath), kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. Fridge was quick to make ice (we drink lots of water). We walked the beach daily. Walked to the many restaurants and shops nearby. Took the trolly a few times to the north part of the island, worked out great. The only real negative is the traffic at the stop light. The vehicle noise is so loud if you have the door wall open or when sitting on the balcony. Cars accelerate as they take off from the light. Not very relaxing to sit and watch the ocean. It was cool out and would have liked to let the fresh air in. That was a bummer.

This is our second year staying here, and we enjoyed our stay both times. This condo has beautiful gulf views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and linens, nice sized heated pool, a very short walk across the street to the beach, and a great central island location. The management is great, we noticed that the coffee pot was missing our first morning and reached out to them and they sent someone over with a brand new pot within 30 minutes. The condo was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. There are a few things to note. First, this condo is located at a very busy intersection. The traffic can be very loud during the day while you are outside on the balcony or if you have the windows/doors open. It was very hot while we were there, so we kept the AC running the whole time, so the noise wasn’t an issue for us unless we were trying to enjoy the balcony during the day. The noise level is next to nothing inside the condo, and in the evenings the balcony is much quieter. Secondly, the sleeper sofa is broken. It was broken last year as well, but we assumed it would have been fixed by the time we booked this year. Unfortunately it was not and in fact was in even worse condition. Our teenage son slept on it anyway, thankful he can sleep anywhere, but it wasn’t the most comfortable set up and I would not book this condo if you need to sleep 6 unless the owner has decided to replace the sleeper sofa. We are 5, two adults and three teens, and it was a stretch. Also, the table only has enough seating for four, again, we made it work as we just pulled over a bench they had in the condo, but 6 would be a stretch. I would highly recommend for 4 or less, and apprehensively recommend for 5+ as long as you’re more laidback. You can’t beat the view and the location for the price on the island and the management team is great. We may book again next year if

Every morning like clockwork the roof was being worked on. It sounded like refrigerators were being dropped. We feel if maybe we were made aware of the work going on then maybe it wouldn't have been a shock to think an earthquake had hit. To top things off there were tiny ants in the kitchen that was just a small annoyance. I could go on but won't.

We love the location, after questioning if Linens included towels and washcloths the answer came back no towels and washcloths. So we brought all our own stuff along and to our surprise we had all the towels and wash clothes we needed so that was wrong information given. Numerous lightbulb were out and the lights did not work out on the balcony also
