Lovely open plan Boathouse right on the river Orwell.
Super views bird life and river traffic.
Comes with fully equipped modern bathroom and kitchen (gas), immersion hot water system and efficient wood burning stove.
Suitable for 2 - 3 people with double bed on mezzanine level and single bed down stairs plus a double sofa bed.
A wonderful natural place to relax away from it all yet only I hour by train from London.
A real heaven for walkers, birders, yachties and poets. Anyone actually.
Super views bird life and river traffic.
