This gorgeous property is professionally decorated with 4 spacious bedrooms, and a private Guest house. The perfect vacation for a large family or group, looking for a home in a secluded neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful acreage and, a short drive to the beaches, best restaurants and activities.

The Space:

Main Living Room
Discover farmhouse-style décor upon entry, with a spacious living room featuring a large sofa on a blue and cream rug. Seating for 6-8 guests and a 65" smart LG TV are available. Warm up with the electric fireplace on chilly evenings, and enjoy the ambiance with flameless candles, books, and puzzles.

The Dining Area
The dining room exudes farmhouse charm with floral artwork, a colorful SAFAVIEH rug, lush Rosalie curtains, and an 8-seater wood dining table. Situated near the kitchen for convenient access and service.

The Bedrooms

The Primary Suite boasts new wood-grain vinyl flooring, a farmhouse king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and backyard views. Enjoy streaming on the smart TV in this spacious room.

The Second Bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed and farm-style headboard, two end tables, lamps, a dresser, and an elegant glass-topped teal side table, which sits under the TV. There is plenty of closet space, a ceiling fan, and a Fire Tv Stick for streaming.

The Third Bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed, which sits against a farm-style wood panel headboard. There is a personal desk and chair, a walk-in closet, and a TV with a Fire TV Stick to stream your favorite shows.

The Fourth Bedroom is a bunk-bed room, which has 2 triple bunk beds and sleeps 6. There is a personal desk and chair, and a white wicker mirror.

Second Bathroom
The second bathroom sits between the Primary Suite and the Bunk Bed Room. This rustic bathroom has a step-in shower, a magnifying LED makeup mirror, and farmhouse décor.

The Guest House
The guest house, located beside the main house, has a wheelchair-accessible entrance. It includes a pillow-top king bed, large dresser, Fire TV Stick, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dining table for four. The bathroom features a step-in shower and rustic farmhouse vanity.

The Pool Room
There is a full-sized pool table in this large space with a bar counter, cocktail equipment, a small fridge, and fun bar décor.

The Laundry Room
There is a large capacity washer and dryer with all the detergents and cleaning products needed.

The Outdoors
The large backyard is a treat for kids and pets to play. There is a large heated pool with a safety fence, a wood-powered fire pit surrounded by 5 Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, a dining table for 8, and a propane gas grill. Please Note: The pool ALWAYS has the pool fence up for your kids safety.

The Extras

- Beach towels and a 2-seater kids wagon for neighborhood walks
- Shed includes 2 x 26" Women's bikes with helmets and a small toddler bike
- Board games, puzzles, and books for entertainment
- Pack n play, high chair w/tray, and kids dinnerware provided

This home is a perfect getaway location and conveniently located within a few minutes to everything you need. Take a day trip to the beach, hop of the I-95 to neighboring cities, or leave early and drive to Orlando to Disney for the day, with a 2 hour drive from the house. Or just enjoy the house, with the massive yard, beautiful heated pool, and many areas to lounge, eat and relax.

Things to Note:

-We have a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property.

Check in is between 4 PM & 10 PM ONLY.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL AND EVENT FEE PAID, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

GUEST FEE SCHEDULE:

The quoted nightly rate includes 10 guests, thereafter any additional guests over 10 will be charged at $50/ day per guest.

Pets are welcome (no cats) and must be pre-approved with a non-refundable pet fee per pet paid through the booking platform prior to check in.

The pool fence is required to stay up at all times.

FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:

The Event Fee is for the use of the entire property for the day/night of the event. It is for the use of the facilities, utilities and grounds. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests. The event fee does not include the refundable event security deposit of $1,000.00 payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure of the property unless any damage reported. You would be responsible for purchasing event Insurance and all outside vendors/staff would be required to send us their Certificate of Liability Insurance for the day of the event prior to the event date. The website for the event insurance will be provided in the contract that would need to be signed.

Non- Refundable Event Fees:

$500: 20 - 25 guests
$1,000: 25 - 30 guests
$1,500: 30 - 40 guests

We require a minimum of 3 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost.

We are happy to show you the venue in person when we do not have guests staying at the house. It is a beautiful property and is perfectly set up to host all kinds of personal or corporate events. We work with wonderful vendors that come highly recommended that we can share from Event Planners, tent and rentals, caterers to photographers.
