Perfect house for beach, birds, and jungle. The views are spectacular. The house is set up such that it takes advantage of the ocean breeze. There is AC in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. Nice to feel and hear the outside day and night. You can walk to a beach and a few restaurants. Other beaches, restaurants, and a great grocery store are a few minute drive away. The owner and caretaker were very helpful in setting up tours, surf lessons, and ATVs. Totally recommend this place!
