Realtors Jim & Barb Eagan own Limestone Investments. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year & for over 40 years. As we travel we learned a lot about places, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties & manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas. A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don`t live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted. I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can`t do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That`s a small taste of why I love this job. My favorie things to do is visit Bellagio fountains & free conservatory(flowers galore, ebike at Red Rock and kayak at Emeral Cove. Check out petroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike at Red Rock Park, water slide parks in Henderson & Charleston and Hollywood, ski at Mt Charleston, zip line downtown, Spring Preserves & Discovery Museum, Adventuredome with rides and video arcade (great for kids), helicopter tour to Grand Canyon, paddle boat tour of Lake Mead, the Hoover dam tour, year round ice rink at the Fiesta Rancho, watch a Golden Knights practice, GraviDy and Go carts, Pink Jeep Tours, shows(1/2 price tickets), Neon Museum, Mob Museum, gun ranges, premium outlet malls and nature at the Wetlands. -- Lease and ID required. 2 guest limit and must be on the lease. No parties and no smoking. No pets. . No glitter or EDC / holiday sparkles in the unit. All dishes, stove and grill to be clean before you check out. Garbage to the bin out back. Pets pay more.

We love when people are happy. It is in the older part of Las Vegas and we have secured it with the gate. We are so glad they had fun. We have 20 properties at the moment so we have things that would fit everyone just ask the realtors of Limestone Investments
Cute, quaint and clean. These three little homes are tucked near the edge of the Fremont Experience. Everything there is old as it is where Vegas started and is loads of fun. We have 20 properties and have something for everyone.
Close to everything we could walk to fremont! Conveniently close to everything via uber too. Had a great stay!

This old renovated home is in the Old Historic Fremont District. The home is complete with kitchen, living room, bed, bath, laundry and huuuge courtyard with bar b q.
Half the price of a resort and only about 15 minute ride share ride in town (that’s with traffic) best value for the money

We had a volleyball convention so we just needed a place to crash. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed and couch. Clean!

Sports are a big attraction these days in Vegas. We host a lot of groups as well as the parent and kid. Love you all. We try to have everything you need to have coffee in the morning and items to cook meals. Try out Limestone Investment properties.

Cute and cozy small suite with a washer and dryer. The property doesn’t have a hair dryer and only provides a limited number of towels, but overall it was a good stay. I’d stay again if I have the chance!
My stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend my host! She is thee best in the WORLD!!!!!! Clean and safe location! 5STARS!!!!

I try hard to be handholding thru the process. I am shocked at how many veterans enjoy a human response to confirm their booking. Some times it’s a nice touch not being 100% automated.
Barbra was an excellent host. Clear communication upon check-in and checkout, with no issues. I stayed in B and it was so cute on the inside. Everything was clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. Definitely recommend this listing!

Communications are a key component of a successful rental. The old timers don't care for as much communication usually, but, I never know so I contact every one the same. A great comment I get is...wow...thanks you never know with just computer interface these days. We are realtors with Limestone Investments and can help you buy as well.
My wife and I made a little quick trip to Vegas for the weekend. We have been here so many times and no longer like to stay on the strip. This location is close enough by the strip if we wanted to go sight seeing or we could just chose to stay away. It was very clean and peaceful. We wpuld definitely stay again.

We love people pleasing. Location , location, location. This is located downtown in the old section and a quick ride to the Strip. We are glad she found peace and cleanliness. We are keeping covid cleaning standards forever.
We really enjoyed our stay. In the pictures it showed a chair in the living room. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in to find a big comfy sofa. And thank you Barb for actually CALLING ME on the phone to walk me through the process. THAT WAS REALLY APPRECIATED!!!!! CASA B WAS A REAL GEM

Its so sweet when everything goes great. The team works hard to try to score 100 every time. We always offer to come back when we do sometimes miss something. The realtors at Limestone Investments like happy guests
My friend and I absolutely loved staying at this adorable bungalow. It’s located within walking distance of the downtown area and about 20ish minutes driving distance to the strip. The house is in a small neighborhood within a code-locked gate so we felt really safe. Our host, Barb was readily available for any questions and needs we had. Our coffee machine was not working and they had gotten a new one with coffee and filters within a couple of hours. I highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my time at the property, except bugs just came out of nowhere. I constantly vacuumed any and everything crawling. The vacuum became a cemetery.

Barb is amazing. The communication was great right off the bat. She goes to bed early, and since I was flying in at night (solo woman) she waited to make sure I got in safely. Which is so appreciated.
The room was clean (I did find two big dead bugs upon my arrival but didn't see any others while I was there).
As a solo woman, I wouldn't recommend going to Freemont and walking back alone at night, take a Lyft.
I would stay there again, thanks Barb!
My visit was to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. And we wanted to avoid the strip with all the bed bug outbreaks and all the clutter. So we decided to book through VRBO. This was my first time booking one of these properties and l have to say I was quite pleased. The Bungalow was so cute and clean. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. You have the Fremont street experience just some blocks away which is a must while you are in Vegas. The property owner Barb was very informative and helpful with suggestions on what to do for entertainment and what restaurants to eat at. She is super nice and l highly recommend you book your stay with her.

I love helping people. Some times restaurants are hard to suggest since we are vegans. I go by my friends that go out. Many people love the Historic Fremont District and this is super close to the action. To make it safe in an older area we have a gated complex and it holds three houses. Rest In Vegas dot com
I stayed here with minimal expectations and had one of the most stressful stays of my life. The Wi-Fi was not working my entire stay and the host insisted on contacting me incessantly to fix it. My final straw was when she sent her staff to help me
“Fix” and I received rude unprofessional texts. Oh and there were roaches. If you wanna deal with a rude host, no Wi-Fi and cockroaches you’ve found the perfect place!

This was a very unhappy guest. She called for help with internet 3 times. I paid to have some one go to reset router for her three times at the owners expense and she refused to let them in. We offered a refund for her to leave. She reported by text given to VRBO she loved the place but continued to complain. That property has three tiny houses. So we had another empty, made sure internet was working...moved her there. She continued to ask for help. In all cases of internet complaint we had proof they were working because we have cameras that use internet. Then she complained about one roach and sent a photo. Beneath it was her bag of trash. She also had a lease which stated no extra guests we sent VRBO that she did not comply. I beg you to compare her review to previous and afterwards to show we have jumped through hoops for this woman who used resources at the owners expense, would not allow entrance, refused two offers to refund her to leave and had extra people not allowed. She accused me of being racist as well. WOW. You decide if we are worth or not.
