A getaway designed for relaxation with amenities to make your stay comfortable. It's quiet, private and truly walking distance to the beautiful, calming Emerald Coast waters.

Appears petite, yet spacious and cozy. You'll enjoy a serene and comfortable environment.

This first floor vacation rental in Destin comfortably sleeps 4 people in 1 bedroom with an extra queen sofa pullout bed. The condo has a full kitchen, swimming pool, internet, and other conveniences. Linens and towels are provided.

The unit features:
-Dining table with service for up to four
-Inviting sofa
-Full and totally remodeled modern shower
-Kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, freezer, pellet ice maker, and coffee maker. Please note, we do not provide food or drinks.

Great Get Away

The Chateau was a great location for our trip. It was just across from the beach and a nice restaurant called Cap'n Dave's, which was a super fun dinner for us. It is a good location in Destin because the beaches near the resort do not feel as "touristy" for spring break.

Property was just as described and in a fantastic location. Private beach access was just across the street which was very convenient. Property owner very prompt in responses and very accommodating. The complex had a lot of activities going on. Will definitely return!

Hurricane get away

This place is awesome definitely recommend it. We drove from Indian Rocks beach to avoid hurricane Milton.This condo is just foot steps from the beach.

First off we had a great time but like any place there’s a couple of things that need to be addressed. The listing said the pool was heated but it definitely wasn’t which wasn’t a big deal. The towels in our bathroom weren’t very clean, some had stains. The kitchen utensils, plates etc weren’t very clean so we just ended up using limited stuff and hand washed before we used them. Minor stuff but next time I’ll probably bring my own stuff to use.
