The space

Kick back and relax in this super clean, calm, stylish space. Located in Myrtle Beach but far enough from the noisy boardwalk. This is a 1 bedroom condo that has been completely renovated with a very modern twist on a beach interior vibe. Our condo is located just 15 minutes from the ocean and minutes away from many top attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy ( :

Our condo features all new stainless steel countertops, cabinets, appliances, walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, and a brand new washer and dryer in the unit. It is an extremely cozy and comfortable unit with tons of storage, awesome linens, and a super comfortable bed. We also have a twin xl futon and a queen sized blow up mattress with a built in pump.

There are 2 Amazon fire tv’s in the unit that already have multiple apps downloaded. So sit back and relax there’s no need to log in your self these are all included in your stay.

There are 2 new ceiling fans in the unit that have remote controls and multiple different settings that make it super comfortable to sleep in.

We have also included in the unit 2 beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, a cooler, and a bocce ball set. Feel free to use them but please don’t forget them at the beach ;)

Cozy Getaway

If you are looking for a CLEAN, UPDATED property in a QUIET, CONVENIENT location look no further. My husband & I stayed 2 nights while closing on our own condo. After a busy day of moving it was nice to come “home” to recharge. As owners of several VRBO’S we are very particular where we stay when traveling. Dennis’s condo exceeded our expectations. Short Term Stay

My wife and I needed a place for a short term (2-night stay) in order to attend a celebration of life for a family friend who had recently passed away. This property checked all the boxes in what we were looking for and the host could not have been more accommodating and easier to work with. The unit is decorated very tastefully, the kitchen is well equipped and check in was smooth and easy. My only concern would be that the entrance road to the neighborhood is in need of repair however that is not on the owner but that is the reason for a 4-star rating on location and not a 5-star rating in that regard.

My name is Dennis and my wife/co-host is Mary. We live in New Hampshire but love traveling. Our first visit to Myrtle Beach we knew this had to be the spot for our first investment property we absolutely love the area and we hope you can enjoy it too.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo in September of 2022. I spent the next 3 months fully renovating. I’m a builder/ plumber in Boston and my wife Mary is amazing at interior design. Our home has a beautiful modern twist on beach vibe interior. We have all new kitchen including the cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall edge quartz island with a full height back splash. A brand new bathroom with a full stand up custom tiled shower. We have new flooring and paint throughout the unit. We have all new lighting and ceiling fans. The unit comes with tons of storage and all brand new furniture.
