No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Apologies, no pets allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Awesome beach house

This house has the perfect layout for a large family. Very nicely appointed and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. The elevator also made loading in and out a breeze.

Great spring break experience for extended family. House is well thought out to accommodate several family units. Manager and owner were responsive when the dishwasher failed and could not be fixed while we were there. Did what they could.

This house was just gorgeous. It was so close to the ocean. We didn't even bring a cooler down to the beach; we just walked back up when we needed something. It was very clean. The management company was awesome when we had issues with our AC. Very fast response! Everything was beautiful. The view from the master suite was my favorite. Having the sun rise behind the house allowed for shaded mornings on the deck and then it set over the water with the most beautiful sunsets. Best beach house we have ever stayed in.

Nice stay!

Our family group of 10 had a nice stay here. The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful, and the private beach area was perfect compared to the cramped beach areas in the larger tourist areas like PCB and Gulf Shores. It was a bit of a drive to get into town for any other food or the store (about 30 minutes) but that’s kind of what made it even more special. We had a rough storm come through one night and woke up at 4 in the morning and there was water leaking in the house at almost every window and French door set. After collecting all the towels in the house to dry everything up, the rest of the trip was smooth sailing!

Paradise for the holiday

What a way to spend Thanksgiving. My husband, our 2 kids and my parents could not have had a better time. The beach was gorgeous and the weather delivered! The house was so great - very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were not disappointed. The details online matched what we experienced for the week. We can't wait to go back!

GOURMET KITCHEN

The home was very warm and inviting. I would highly recommend it! The dishwasher needs to be cleaned and it could be a little cleaner for the amount it costs but I would not let that keep me from renting it again. BEAUTIFUL HOME!!

Amazing beach house

We have been coming to the Cape for 16 years and have always stayed in beach front homes. This house did not disappoint and lands in our top 3 favorites. The house was just "easy" to vacation in. Very convenient. The house is bright and clean, decorated beautifully in a simple modern beach house style. Very welcoming and comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen (loved the butlers pantry that allowed the kitchen to stay uncluttered and clean), comfortable beds and furniture and great views and porches. The elevator was a plus as well as the easy walk to the beach on the short board walk with only 4 steps at the end to the sand. The pool was very nice too but we prefer having the pool on the beach side of the house instead of behind it because you tend to use it more if it is in front. But that is really the only ding we can mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Blessings abound!

If you have a family member with a handicap then this is the house for you. Husband has an extremely hard time with walking and the elevator was a blessing. Views are outstanding, the very best stocked kitchen for a rental. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend this property!

Short get away

We've been to the area and Cape many times. This was our first stay in a home on the beach. Beautiful house and great location. The elevator was a must for my wife with limited mobility. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

A break from reality

We recently stayed at St. Somewhere mid July during the COVID pandemic. While we were very nervous leading up to the trip, we were thrilled that this property and the location was very “social distancing” friendly. We were a group of 3 couples with 4 kids and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company, or have our own space. Beds were comfortable and everything felt very clean and crisp. The elevator was appreciated with all the stairs in the property and we had zero issues with it. The AC kept up even though it was very hot. The kitchen was fun too cook in, and although we could have used a Pizza Pan it was well equipped. The only thing we seemed to lack were kitchen towels and the bath towels were quite limited. There was enough for everyone to have one, they just needed to keep track of them. I expect that the COVID situation had something to do with that. The new boardwalk was handy, very close to the beach, and beautiful views. The location was good, as there as not as many houses in that section as there are further up the Cape, so the beach was not crowded and the water and sand was beautiful. We had a great visit and hope to come back some day!

St Somewhere Good Family Vacation House

Beautiful house in a great location. We had 2 problems. First the elevator would not work on arrival so we had to lug our luggage and supplies up the stairs...54 steps to the top bedroom! It was repaired later in the day but after we had unloaded. Then the AC didn't work properly and the temperature would rise to high 70"s in the main living level and 2nd level bedrooms. AC repairman came quickly but were unable to identify the problem until the 3rd visit and then needed to order a new motor. We struggled with uncomfortable temperatures during the week. It's a great house, well equipped and nicely located...and would have been so much better if we'd had the availability of the elevator when moving in and properly functioning AC.

Thank you for that review. Yes, the elevator did need to be reset because someone left the door open on the 3rd floor. It was not like that earlier in the day when maintenance did their check and the cleaner never reported the issue as well. But it did get fixed the same day in a timely manner. Our AC guy is great and very responsive!! He advised us that there was not an issue with the ac but he did add some refrigerate to help cool it down some. No motor was ever ordered or even discussed. During the hot summer months we do recommend to keep the blinds and curtains closed during the day. Especially if you are facing the sun. Having balcony doors or any windows/doors open during the day will not help in the cooling process. This is a lovely home and we are glad that you enjoyed your time!!

Most Beautiful beaches!!

When debating with my gal friends on where our trip was going to be, we seen Cape San Blas and how pretty the beaches were. Did a lot of researching on what house would be perfect to accommodate us and our needy needs we all seem to have (a bunch of Women). There is a total of 5 of us ladies that have been taking a trip together every year for the past 15 years. Nothing can top off the trip to Cape San Blas and definitely no other house can top off this house. The views from the porch can't be describe in words!!! All of us were so happy and pleased with this trip that we have now found our spot from here on out and it has taken 15 years to find this out.
