Welcome to your luxurious 3 bedroom home away from home! A stylish and functional place to stay in Broad Ripple: an arts district suburb of Indianapolis. You're less than 5 minutes from the main strip of Broad Ripple, yet the backyard is 99 acres of woodland with trails leading to a beach of the White River. You'll love waking up to the sounds of nature right in the backyard. Between local music venues, indie coffee shops, and unique restaurants; you're sure to find your niche here in Broad Ripple!
You'll enter the home into your formal living room with 65" Smart TV, custom velvet sofa, and 2 cozy chairs. Walk a few steps to the beautiful dining room with a crystal chandelier and seating for 6! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook to your hearts content!
This is a duplex with cinder block soundproofing between the units. There are no shared spaces with the other side of the home!
You may hear traffic or night life, mainly over the weekends-but that goes for any stay in Broad Ripple!

This property was a labor of love. Freshly renovated with vacation rental in mind. This beautiful "instagrammable" home has everything you need for your little getaway. Just minutes from nightlife, and minutes from 99 acres of woods!
