Our bungalow is located in the heart of the peaceful Magnolia neighborhood, less than a 15 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Avondale neighborhood. We are an 8 minute ride to downtown. Quick drive to Folly Beach as well!

Perfect little cottage

We stayed at the cottage with our dog for a month while waiting to close on our new home. It was perfect!! Small and cozy but had everything you could need. Whimsical in decor but adorable. Great fenced in yard for the dog and very walkable neighborhood. Super close to downtown Charleston and all the fun things to do around the area. Perfect host. Responded right away with questions and came quickly when back light went out. We loved staying there!

Little touch of serenity in Avondale

My husband and I needed a place to stay in Charleston (with our dogs) for a few months while he underwent medical treatment. Camilla was a wonderful host and replied quickly to any issues that came up. The house was perfect for us and is in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location is central to the beaches, downtown and any other tourist destinations in the vicinity. There is a walking/biking/running path nearby as well as a couple of parks. Avondale is charming.
